Mission Statement

The Office of Academic Programs and Graduate Studies is committed to upholding quality as it provides administrative leadership to implement policies for academic programs in service to the University's community of faculty, students and staff. Specifically, APGS provides administrative vision and direction, advocacy, and support services for programs that reach across academic boundaries: graduate education, research and sponsored programs, the undergraduate general education program, interdisciplinary programs, community college partnerships, and university-wide testing.
