Welcome!
The Office of Testing and Assessment at California State University, East Bay, provides a wide variety of services and assistance to faculty, students, staff, and other members of the campus community.
For students, information is available regarding the Writing Skills Test (WST), English Placement Test and Entry Level Mathematics tests (EPT/ELM), and a variety of other university required or nationally administered exams. In addition, information on specific admissions tests for incoming freshmen, juniors, and graduate students is also available.
For faculty and interested staff, information is available regarding classroom test scoring, faculty evaluations, and other consulting services.
If you require driving or parking directions for the Hayward or Concord Campus, or if you're trying to locate a specific building or classroom within a building, we offer several maps and directions for your easy reference.

Refunds
There will be no refunds of test registration fees for any reason.
