WST Exam Dates
TEST START TIMES:
Hayward campus at either 8:30 am or 11:00 am.
Concord campus at either 10:00 am or 12:30 pm.
Your test time will be assigned and printed on your admission ticket. You cannot choose your test start time.
NOTE: Must arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to a "Limited Administration" WST or 30 minutes prior to a regular administration WST.
You will be required to remain in the room for the 2 hour test period or until you are dismissed.
For the regular 25.00 WST - No guaranteed computer:
You can register online, or submit the "Test Registration Form" with the appropriate $25.00 student charge to the CSU East Bay Cashier's Office (mailing address is on the back of the registration form) to be received no later than the registration deadline. Make checks payable to "CSU East Bay."
An admission ticket with your time and room assignment will be emailed to you approximately one week prior to the test date. If you have not received your admission ticket by the Wednesday preceding the test, use your Registration Confirmation printout as a substitute.
REFUND: There will be no refund of test registration student charges.
RESCHEDULE: You can only reschedule once. To reschedule a test date, a minimum of 2 weeks notification is required. Less than a 2 week notification will result in the forfeiture of the test registration student charge.
To reschedule your test 2 weeks prior to your test date, go to:
https://adhayweb13.csueastbay.edu/academic/colleges-and-departments/apgs/testing/contact/index.php. Complete the form, choose "Test Reschedule" as the subject and click "Submit." Once your reschedule is processed, you will be notified via email.
Note: In order to be admitted into the WST exam, you must present a valid government issued photo ID such as Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, Green Card, or a CSU East Bay photo ID.
