How to Get Your Card

Students and Employees

Students and employees can get their Bay Card at the University Library. Cards previously generated can be picked up with a valid photo ID. If a card was not generated during the conversion to The Bay Card, a new photo will be taken and a new card generated. A valid photo ID is required for all carding servies.

Pioneer Heights Students and Employees

Students living in Pioneer Heights, as well as employees working there, must get their Bay Card from the Residence Life Housing Office.

Concord Students and Employees

Students and employees on the Concord Campus can get their card on the Concord Campus.
