Concord Boiler Replacement
Scope: Replace existing boiler with modified unit.
Status: Boilers installed. Controls undergoing programming/testing.
Data Center Relocation
Scope: Move telecom infrastructure from Warren Hall to Student Services Administration Building.
Status: Racks and electrical complete. Phone switch relocated. Need to install fire suppression system. Wiring being tested.
Health Center Soffit Repair
Scope: Repair collapsing soffit.
Status: Welding clips.
Laundry Room Conversion (Pioneer Heights)
Scope: Convert existing Lassen Hall fitness room to a laundry facility.
Status: Determining scope and costs.
Mass Alert System
Scope: Install a Mass Alert Notification system on the roof of Meiklejohn Hall.
Status: Acoustical engineer hired to determine placement.
New UU Office Renovation
Scope: Convert UE 2006 into two offices.
Status: Design Complete.
Parking Lot Lighting Retrofit
Scope: Improve lighting system in campus parking lots.
Status: Waiting for lighting fixtures to be delivered. FM to assemble fixtures.
PE 152 Computer Lab
Scope: Renovate Room 152 to accommodate additional computers. Provide ADA access.
Status: ADA ramp needs to be assembled.
Recreation and Wellness Center Sound System
Scope: Install sound system in Recreation and Wellness Center.
Status: Contractor installing system.
Roof Upgrades
Scope: Repair roof flashing in Meiklejohn Hall. Replace.
Status: Campus reviewing design.
Transformer Replacement
Scope: Replace transformer in Music Building.
Status: Bid opening scheduled for February 7, 2012.

12KV Upgrade - Phase III
Scope: Upgrading electrical conduit throughout the Hayward campus.
Completed: December 2011
Health Center Audio
Scope: Includes Panic Buttons for each of the exam rooms and an improved audio system.
Completed: December 2011
Phase I Pioneer Heights Renovation
Scope: Remodel Room 152 to accommodate additional computers. Provide ADA access.
Completed: Summer 2011
Restroom Renovations
Scope: Update bathrooms throughout campus. Includes new tiling and flooring.

Security Cameras
Scope: Place security cameras on the Student Services & Administration building covering the east parking lots.
