Summer and After-School Youth Employment Program

This program provides summer as well as year-round educational and employment opportunities to foster care and youth on probation between the ages of fifteen and eighteen. Through SASYEP at Eden Youth & Family Center, the youth will receive comprehensive, seamless wrap-around services designed to aid in:

• Gaining work experience that can be added to the participant's resume
• Experiencing financial independence and the opportunity learn and practice money management
• Achieving a sense of self-worth and self-esteem
• Obtaining career information in a specialized field that matches their interest and aptitude
• Cultivating interpersonal and communication skills
• Developing systems and technologic knowledge
