Student Parking Fees

Parking Permit Fees for All Students including Financial Aid Recipients

Permits can be purchased at the Hayward Pioneer Bookstore, Concord Bookstore, Hayward Cashier's Office on the first floor of Student Services and Administration Building, or the Concord Academic Services Lobby.

Parking Permit Fees

• $130.00 quarterly automobile permit
• $65.00 quarterly motorcycle permit
• $10.00 daily permit Monday - Thursday (can be purchased daily at Campus dispensers)
• $10.00 daily permit Friday until 5:00PM (can be purchased daily at Campus dispensers)
• $5.00 daily permit Friday after 5:00PM (can be purchased daily at Campus dispensers)
• $5.00 daily permit Saturday and Sunday (can be purchased daily at Campus dispensers)
• $2.00 per hour permits (can be purchased at Campus dispensers)
• $2.00 per hour for meters

To avoid long lines, you can Purchase Permits Online. Parking permits will be shipped to you by the Bookstore and a delivery charge will apply.

Parking permits are non-refundable. Lost or stolen hang tags will not be replaced.
