Complaint Procedure for Students:

Students who believe they have experienced any form of discrimination, harassment and/or retaliation should file a complaint with the Office of Equity & Diversity. To do so:

• Review Executive Order 1074 and complaint form
• Complete form and submit to  nyassa.love@csueastbay.edu
