The University Union offers various options for room setups depending on the type of event you are hosting. Please select one option below. The exact number of tables and chairs will vary depending on the number of people expected to attend.

The submittal of this form does not verify room availability or the confirmation of a requested reservation. Additional charges my be assessed for events that require additional staff, after hour operations, and non-standardized room setups. All room capacities are dependent on event setup. Changes or cancellations requested fewer than 48 hours before the reservation may not be accepted. Cancellations require a 48 hour notice to avoid full rental charges. All changes and cancellations must be presented either in writing or in person. If a reservation is not confirmed within 48 hours of the scheduled event, the reservation will be cancelled without notice.
