About The Program
The Master of Science Degree in Education, Option in Curriculum is designed to provide advanced special preparation and competencies for teachers and other educational professionals at all grade levels. The Master’s degree is awarded for completion of a planned and integrated program of advanced study.
- This degree option requires 45 quarter units of graduate coursework (All 45 units must be completed within 7 years)
- Up to 13 units from an accredited credential program can be brought in
- The MS in Education, option in Curriculum can be completed in 5 consecutive quarters

AVAILABILITY AND SCHEDULING OF CLASSES
Graduate classes are offered in the late afternoon and evening, most quarters.
Classes typically begin at 4:30 p.m. or later.
Classes in the Teacher Education Department utilize many forms of delivery including face-to-face, hybrid, online, and weekend sessions.
