Q: How do I apply?

A: You must attend an Admissions and Advisement Session prior to applying to the program. If you are not a current University student you must apply to the University at CSU Mentor. If you are transferring from out of the United States you will need to contact the International Admission Department for a transcript review first. This program only excepts entry for the Summer and Winter Quarters

Q: What other documentation is needed to apply?

A: Verification you are currently holding a Bachelors Degree. Test scores verifying passing the CSET & CBEST exam. Three letters of recommendation verifying successful experiences in schools involving school age students within the last two years.

Q: What are the entry requirements?

A: Students should have a 267 over all GPA and 2.75 in the last 90 quarter (60 semester) hours prior to starting the program. Applicants must have a completed application with all required documentation. Applicants must participate in a personal interview with a panel of faculty members. Verification of passing an approved college course or college exam to meet the U.S. Constitution requirement.

Q: Where can I pick-up and application packet?

A: Application Packets are ONLY provides at scheduled Admission and Advisement Sessions

Q: What if miss a quarter and am off sequence with my cohort?

A: Students who miss a quarter on enrollment or drop out of the program will need to petition for re-entry and possibly reapply to the program and the University.
