Clinical Supervisor Positions

Half-time

The Department of Communicative Sciences and Disorders is currently seeking a half-time Clinical Supervisor to supervise assessment and treatment of speech and language impairments in the Rees Speech, Hearing and Language Clinic, in addition to hearing screenings within the greater bay area. Applicants must be licensed by the State of California, and must hold the appropriate certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Preferred areas of expertise are articulation/phonological disorders, fluency disorders, literacy acquisition and related impairments, and bilingualism.

Lecturers

The Department of Communicative Sciences and Disorders maintains a list of speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and speech scientists who express interest in teaching part time. Qualification requirements include Ph.D. or Master’s degree in communication disorders, and academic and practical expertise. University teaching experience is preferred. Must possess or be eligible for CA State License & Board Certification by ASHA in Speech-Language Pathology and/or Audiology.
