Dear Graduates:

Congratulations! On behalf of the faculty, staff, and administration of California State University, East Bay, we commend you for a job well done. We are proud of your accomplishments and are elated that you will soon join the growing ranks of Cal State East Bay Alumni!

This year, we will honor you and your fellow candidates for graduation at three commencement ceremonies:

• Graduate Ceremony, Hayward Campus  - Friday, June 14, 2013
  Master's degree recipients, credential candidates and Ed.D recipients will be honored at Pioneer Stadium on the Hayward Campus. No admission tickets nor parking permits are required for the Graduate Ceremony.
• Undergraduate Ceremony, Hayward Campus  - Saturday, June 15, 2013
  The ceremony honoring undergraduate degree recipients from all four colleges on the Hayward Campus will be held at Pioneer Stadium. Most of our undergraduates will be attending the ceremony in Hayward, so we are providing complimentary admission tickets and parking passes for your guests. • Concord Campus Ceremony - Saturday, June 15, 2013 
  If you have taken at least one class at the Concord Campus, you will be invited through MyCSUEB to participate in the Concord Campus ceremony at the Boatwright Sports Complex adjacent to the Concord Campus. Admission tickets and parking passes are not required, but you will need to RSVP for yourself and your guests. Detailed information regarding this ceremony will be sent to you in a separate communication.

Graduate Information Days

Please mark your calendar to attend one of the following Graduation Information Days to learn more about your graduation ceremony. You will be able to purchase and pick up your regalia (and receive your tickets and parking passes if you are participating in the Hayward ceremony). You can also have your photo taken in your regalia, order your commencement invitations, buy your diploma frame or cover, purchase your class ring, learn about accommodations for guests with special needs, and join the Alumni Association.

• Hayward Campus: May 7 and May 8, from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room of the New University Union
• Concord Campus: May 2, from 2 pm. to 6 p.m. in the Redwood Room

After Graduation Information Days, you will be able to purchase and pick up regalia from the Pioneer Bookstore at both the Hayward and Concord campuses.
