CSU East Bay’s Concord Campus: The University for Contra Costa County
Cal State East Bay’s Concord Campus is the public university for Contra Costa residents who want a quality education at an affordable price and in a small college setting. The Concord campus offers select degree programs as well as regularly scheduled courses designed to meet the general education requirements for both the BA and BS degrees.
Concord students may also enroll in courses offered at CSU East Bay’s Hayward Campus and Oakland Center, as well as large selection of online classes.

The only publically supported 4 year university on the northern I-680 corridor, CSU East Bay’s Concord campus is located on a 386 acre site at 4700 Ygnacio Valley Road, a short distance from both downtown Concord and Walnut Creek. The campus is in easy commute distance for those living in Contra Costa County and portions of Alameda County, including the city of Oakland.1
