Located just inside the Academic Services Building students taking classes at any of the Cal State East Bay Campuses can stop by to:
- Make Tuition and Fee Payments
- Purchase Parking Passes
- Submit Transcripts
- Submit University documents
- Make appointments with major advisors
- Obtain many University forms and general paperwork
- Check in for campus health center appointments
- Check in for advising appointments

Financial Aid Advising
A financial aid advisor is available in Concord every 2nd Tuesday from 3 – 6 PM
No appointment necessary. Register for a drop-in appointment at the front desk beginning at 2:30 pm on the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
