Personal Service for a smoother transition to Cal State East Bay!
The Cal State East Bay Concord Campus Transfer Center provides peer advising and pre-admission counseling to prospective transfer students from California Community Colleges.
Prospective Students may receive peer to peer advising via:

Please note that we cannot review international, out-of-state, or four-year university transcripts.

Professional on-site pre-admission counseling is also available at the Transfer Centers for the following community colleges: Contra Costa College, Diablo Valley College, San Ramon Valley Center, Los Medanos College, Brentwood Center, Napa Valley College, Solano Community College, Vallejo Center and Santa Rosa Junior College. Please contact transfer centers at colleges for updated scheduleds.
FREE 1 hour Parking is available outside the Academic Services Lobby for all transfer center visitors
Parking in Student/Staff Faculty cost is $2.00 per hour
