Proven servant leader, strategic planner, and prior diplomat with over 23 years of public service and program management experience. Skilled in managing national programs in collaboration with international, multicultural, and virtual cross-functional teams up to 164 personnel. Accomplishments have advanced oversight initiatives, domestic and international investigative portfolios, and security management programs in austere environments. Administers enterprise professional development endeavors with an emphasis on talent management, coaching, mentoring, and curriculum development, which have empowered DEIA within organizations. Experienced in managing up to $46.7M in Federal budget allocations. Published Adjunct Professor who has taught undergraduate and graduate-level courses in law, public administration, general education, and criminal justice. International speaker who presents on investigative techniques, fraud awareness, leadership, and career development. ICF-credentialed Leadership Coach for CIGIE and Coach and Mentor for the Presidential Management Fellows Program.
