I teach Filipino Labor and Immigration and Filipino American Communities.

I am a veteran journalist, and was a reporter with the San Francisco Chronicle for 14 years. He has covered a range of beats from Asian American affairs, the Filipino American community in the Bay Area, crime and courts and technology. He enjoys spending time with his family, including his two sons. Recently, he has gotten hooked on archery.
