Welcome Day for CSUEB Admitted Students and their Families
Cal State East Bay welcomes admitted students and their families to participate in our annual Welcome Day held on the Hayward Campus. We hope that you will join us to discover the beauty of our campus and to explore the vast array of academic programs and student services that are available.

New University Union Lawn Area, Cal State East Bay

Online Registration is now closed. Guests are welcome to register on-site upon arrival to the event.
Check-in starts at 8:00 a.m. on the lawn area of the New University Union. The event begins at 8:45 a.m. and concludes at 12:15 p.m. Free lunch will be provided for admitted students only, and offered until 1:30 p.m. Additional lunches for guests/family members can be purchased at the door. Free parking is available in all general lots – however we recommend guests park in Lot D, Lot E, or Lot F.
A courtesy shuttle will run continuously from parking lots D, E and F to the New University Union near where the welcome session will take place. The shuttle will begin running at 8 a.m. from the parking lots, with the last pick-up departing at 1:30 p.m. in front of the New University Union.
Welcome Day at the Concord Campus
A Welcome Day event will also be provided to those wishing to learn more about the Concord campus located in Contra Costa County. The Concord campus serves Upper-Division Transfer students, as well as First-Time Freshmen wishing to pursue a degree in Nursing or Health Sciences.

Check-in starts at 3:30 p.m. in Academic Services. Free snacks will be provided for admitted students only, and offered until 5:00 p.m.
Free parking is available in Staff/Faculty lots and student lots from 3:15 - 6:30 pm.
