Formative Teaching Evaluations

The Office of Faculty Development offers a voluntary classroom observation process that stresses formative evaluation and involves your students. The procedure is confidential between the instructor and the Faculty Development observer, and thus the evidence collected belongs to the instructor. This is in contrast to a summative peer evaluation geared specifically to the RTP process.
