StriveNetwork.org
Strive is a cradle to career national network. Building upon lessons learned in five national demonstration sites, Strive has developed a framework for building what is called the Cradle to Career Civic Infrastructure. Information about their framework as well as additional educational resources (such as videos, webinars, and case studies) can be found on their web site.
