CSUEB Project Management Methodology
The Campus Information Systems (CIS) team has developed a Project Management (PM) methodology available for use in all areas across campus. The team researched several sources including the Project Management Institute, a market leader in the project management field. The methodology also uses contents from the California State University Chancellor's office (CMS - Common Management Systems), among other sources.
This methodology lists assumptions and guidelines to help users better utilize the project management documents. It can help project managers define and control key elements of their projects, such as scope, timeline, budget and resources. Under “Document List“you will find project management deliverables, which in most cases includes both the template and a sample document.
We hope you find this methodology and document resource useful. We look forward to receiving constructive feed-back, as we continue to improve CSU East Bay Project Management Methodology.
