- Click Compatibility Guide
- Click "I want to look up compatibility for my (non-Bluetooth) phone by manufacturer's make and model."
- Select INTECOM as the phone manufacturer by using the Drill Down Menu.
- Select one of the following depending on what phone model you have:
- For a single line phone select STE Set
- For ITE 12SD or a small digital phone that states Aastra ( 6" x 9 ½" ) select ITE 12S
- For ITE 30SD or a larger digital phone that states Aastra ( 8" x10 ½" ) select ITE 30
Once you click Next Step the compatible headsets will come up.
++ Recommended headsets for areas where high ambient levels are present, which includes Call Centers.
*** NOTE – The wireless devices work very well but if you have a lot of electrical devices near your phone you may need a noise suppressor which can be obtained through Plantronics.
