Security Awareness Training

Request Assistance with the CSU Security Awareness Training

Completion of the CSU Security Awareness training is required for access to CSUEB systems. This training is offered on-line by WorkPlace Answers, a vendor with whom the CSU Chancellor's Office has contracted to provide the training. ITS's Information Security Office (infosec@lists.csueastbay.edu) will make arrangements to create a training account for you and will assist with any problems that may be encountered.
