Software Purchase
Request for Assistance with Obtaining and/or Purchasing a License for a supported Software Application
ITS will assist requestor to determine whether a software license for the application is available. If not, ITS will obtain information or quote to purchase the application. The following information is needed.
- Name, version and platform (e.g., Windows, Apple or Linux) of the software application
- Approval of employee's department to purchase the software upgrade, if applicable
- Name and Department of Employee
- Property number, serial number and location of computer on which the software is to be installed.
