Software Purchase

Request for Assistance with Obtaining and/or Purchasing a License for a supported Software Application

ITS will assist requestor to determine whether a software license for the application is available. If not, ITS will obtain information or quote to purchase the application. The following information is needed.

  1. Name, version and platform (e.g., Windows, Apple or Linux) of the software application
  2. Approval of employee's department to purchase the software upgrade, if applicable
  3. Name and Department of Employee
  4. Property number, serial number and location of computer on which the software is to be installed.

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
