Web Conferencing: (Webinars/Webcasts)

Use the selection to request assistance with web conferencing events sometimes referred to as "Webinars" or "Webcasts". These are computer conferencing/meeting type events where the client participates in a live internet delivered meeting or presentation at their personal computer or in a group with a video projector. Audio interaction usually requires a microphone/headset or an audio conferencing capable telephone with microphone mute capability. Webinar type events can be hosted (you are the originator) from campus locations using a variety of applications. Please specify if you are a participant or are originating the conference/meeting and provide the event link, dates, location, phone #'s and times. Rooms should be reserved by the client. Software referrals provided as applicable.
