Welcome to the ITS Service Desk

The ITS Service Desk is your single point-of-contact for accessing IT services and support. To make a request, log in with your NetID and password below, and your ticket will be automatically routed to the appropriate ITS support team.

***ITS Maintenance: Network Service Interruption***

IT Services will begin data center maintenance at 6:00 PM, Friday, August 15th, lasting approximately 8 hours. All systems are expected to be back up by 2:00 AM, Saturday, August 16th.

All Data Center services will be unavailable including: Blackboard, MyCSUEB, campus websites, wireless networks, VOIP phone service, voicemail, etc. If you experience service issues outside this scheduled outage, please submit a ticket by logging in below or calling the service desk at 510 885-4357.
