The SCAA will close at 3pm Wed. Nov. 25 for the Thanksgiving holiday and re-open at 9am on Mon. Nov. 30

Welcome to the SCAA, the Student Center for Academic Achievement at CSUEB.  The SCAA's mission is to help students improve skills and gain confidence and independence as learners and active members of the university community.  We help achieve academic excellence through FREE tutoring, workshops and other programs.  Read the SCAA Mission and Values statements.

To make a tutoring appontment during the first two weeeks of each quarter, you must come in person to the SCAA or contact us by telephone (510) 885-3674. Beginning the third week of each quarter, in addition to coming to the Center in person, you may also use the TutorTrac online appointment program (below).

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR DROP-IN TUTORING

Students should arrive and sign in at least 1/2 hr. before the end of the Drop-In hours schedule. The availability of Drop-In tutoring is limited when there is heavy student demand, and based on demand tutoring may not always be available.
