SCAA Online Tutoring Services

The SCAA offers tutoring services to students taking online courses, as well as to those who cannot come to campus at the times the SCAA is open.

> eTutoring provides online tutoring, synchronous and asynchrous, for a variety of courses, including some subject areas not currently available at the SCAA.

> The SCAA OWL (below) allows students to submit writing assignments (up to 6 double spaced pages in length) and receive feedback from a SCAA tutor, usually within 48 hours.  Both services are FREE to all matriculated CSUEB students.  NOTE: eTutoring and the OWL are open for the Spring Quarter from Monday, April 8, until Friday, June 7 2013.

Owl ReadingThe OWL provides feedback for your writing if you can't make it to  campus to work with a tutor in person. You can submit a draft of your work and an OWL tutor will review it and provide helpful feedback. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE OWL TUTORS DO NOT EDIT, CORRECT, OR REWRITE YOUR PAPER BUT WILL PROVIDE HELPFUL COMMENTS ON HOW YOUR WRITING CAN BE IMPROVED.
