WELCOME! The Student Center for Academic Achievement (SCAA) provides FREE tutoring for math, writing, and statistics and other student learning services and programs. The SCAA's mission is to help students improve their skills and to become self aware, confident, and independant learners and active members of the University community. To make a tutoring appointment during the first two weeks of Fall quarter, you must come in person to the SCAA or contact us by telephone (510) 885-3674 . After the 2nd week of the Fall 2013 quarter, in addition to coming to the SCAA in person or using the telephone, you may also use the TutorTrac online appointment program by following the link below.
The SCAA tutor training program is certified by the College Reading and Learning Association
