East Bay Claims Second at Bronco Invite

SANTA CLARA, Calif. - An impressive team performance enabled the Pioneer women's cross country team to finish second out of 14 teams in the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational on October 17. NANCY VELAZQUEZ had her best run of the season placing sixth with a 5K time of 19:12. KELLY GUERRERO finished 20th with a time of 19:44. CLARIVEL VEGA was timed in 20:12 to finish in 39th place.
