The Invisible Legacy tour stops at CSUEB on Wednesday, April 28th at 6pm in the multipurpose room of the New Union.   One of the boys, Jacob Acaye, featured in the Invisible Children documentary will be on campus to share his story of being abducted as a child in the Sudan then being hunted after his escape.

Acaye is a former child soldier forced to fight in the Lord’s Revolutionary Army (LRA) after being abducted at the age of 11. LRA is a violent militia group who has waged war against the Ugandan government for nearly two decades. Invisible Children is touring around the country with their message and raising money in order to give former child soldiers, like Jacob, an opportunity to have an education. This event is sponsored by ASI facebook csueb.
