LaTonya S. Lawson, BA in Communication in 1981, has been named Director of Client Services of AMF Media Group, a public relations and communications firm in San Ramon. She is responsible for managing creative direction and strategic development. 

LaTonya is a board member of the East Bay Agency for Children, and a member of the California Diversity Council and the Retail Advertising and Marketing Association. 

Formerly, she was Vice President of Campaign Development, New Media and Broadcast for Macy’s Inc., West Division in San Francisco. She won Retail Advertising Conference awards for Creativity and Innovation in 1999 and 2006 for her multimedia campaigns to promote Macy’s Passport HIV/AIDS Awareness Fashion Show Fundraiser.
