Friday, Tuesday, Wednesday performances help fight violence against women, girls

In support of the V-Day global effort to stop violence against women and girls, the CSUEB Department of Theatre and Dance and Associated Students Inc. are presenting "The Vagina Monologues." 

Performances will be at 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 8 in the University Theatre, where the suggested donation will be $10 per person; and at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, April 12 & 13 in the Original University Union 311, where the suggested donation will be $5 per person.

Donations will go to Alternatives to Violent Environments (S.A.V.E.) in Fremont, and Building Futures with Women and Children in San Leandro.

Sally Murphy, professor of communication, will be this year's special guest performer.
