CSUEB hosts Statistical Genomics Genetics symposium, May 14

Cal State East Bay's Department of Statistics and Biostatistics will host the ASA Statistical Genomics Genetics and Proteomics Symposium May 14 on its Hayward campus.

Distinguished speakers include: David M. Rocke, UC Davis School of Medicine; Michael R. Crager, Genomic Health, Inc.; Jane Fridlyand, Genentech, Trevor Hastie, Stanford University; and Andrew Kasarskis, Pacific Biosciences. Download a copy of the event agenda (PDF). 

The event will take place in the CSUEB Valley Business Technology (VBT) Center, Room 124, from 1:00pm to 5:40pm. Event is free but requires registration by emailing asagenomics@yahoo.com by May 12 with name, affiliation, email address and typing "register asagenomics" in the subject line.
