Help CSUEB students stay competitive by contributing to a college or department fund

Got a subject that’s near and dear to your heart? Show us what matters to you with your gift to one of Cal State East Bay’s dedicated college and department funds.

Directing your support to a college or department has an immediate impact for students. It can help purchase much-needed equipment for labs and classrooms, where there’s always more demand than supply. Having access to upgraded computers, software, and instruments in college means our students are well prepared to hit the ground running in the workforce.

These funds can also make it possible for faculty members to start new projects or bring students in to work with them as paid research assistants — experiences that not only help students gain critical professional skills, but also make CSUEB a more appealing place to prospective students.

The College of Science uses its Leadership Fund to help stage the Cal State East Bay Science Festival, while CLASS funds provide cash prizes for annual student writing contests. And each department makes small scholarships and stipends available for their best students.
