Due to a slow-moving economy, companies are investing in individuals with project management training to save money by keeping projects on track and on budget. Now is a great time to pursue a Project Management certificate.

The California State University, East Bay certificate in Project Management is a comprehensive 10-week program that offers existing and aspiring project managers the essential skills to successfully plan and manage small- to large-scale projects. Students will apply a range of concepts and principles to a real project of their choosing.

This certificate is valuable to project managers who have not had the benefit of formal training or certification, as well as professionals seeking to make a career change into project management, or to advance into general management.
