Safety workshops May 7, 23 for 'National Bike Month'

In support of National Bike Month, Cal State East Bay will host free bicycle commute workshops on the Hayward campus during the following times and dates:
12 p.m. to 1 p.m. May 7 in MI 3115
12 p.m. to 1 p.m. May 23 in MI 3115
6 p.m. to 7 p.m. June 7 in Mi 3115
Topics discussed in class sessions will include, how to ride in traffic, how to share the road with cars on the streets, rules of the road and bicyclists’ rights, necessary equipment, avoiding crashes and how to fix a flat tire.
