Help CSUEB international students practice their English
- November 6, 2012 11:15am
Students who are on campus on Wednesdays from 2 – 3 pm can pick up free cookies and help some of Cal State East Bay’s international students practice their English speaking skills. The weekly cookie event is sponsored by the American Language Program (ALP).
ALP is an intensive English program designed for students in conditional admittance to the University or for students who came to the States for short term English language practice.
This weekly practice session offers the international students and domestic students not just free goodies, but also a relaxed platform for inter-cultural interaction and practical application of newly learned English language skills.
