CSUEB’s Oakland Center located in ‘most exciting’ city

Cal State East Bay’s Oakland Center is located in the most exciting city in America, according to a recent city-ranking list formulated by bloggers of the Movoto Real Estate blog, Movoto’s blog. The city of Oakland was named number one in Movoto’s The 10 Most Exciting Cities in America.
Criteria for determining a city’s level of excitement included park acreage per person, percent of population between 20 and 34 years old, bars per square mile, population diversity and museums, theaters and music venues per square mile.
