The faculty of Cal State East Bay has many artists among its members, and their artwork will be on display in the annual CSUEB Faculty Art Exhibition to be open Mondays through Thursdays, 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. starting Feb. 12, in the Art and Education Building gallery, 25800 Carlos Bee Blvd., Hayward.

The exhibition will be open through March 1. Admission will be free.

"This is an opportunity for art students to see what their teachers are doing as artists, and to talk with them about art in a casual manner in an environment quite different from the classroom," said Lanier Graham, gallery director.
"It also is a chance for the university and the wider community to see some of the best work being made in the East Bay, including painting, sculpture, printmaking, photography and electronic art."

The Art Gallery is part of the College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences. Additional information is available on the gallery's Web site, http://class.csueastbay.edu/artgallery/, and by telephone at (510) 885-3299.
