Jay Tontz (Ph.D. 1966, University of North Carolina) is the former dean of the College of Business and Economics. His primary areas of research and publications have been in the economics of deregulation and forecasting the US economy. Under his leadership, the School of Business and Economics established international MBA or executive MBA programs in Moscow, Vienna, Hong Kong, Singapore and Beijing.
