Gregory Christainsen (Ph.D. 1981, University of Wisconsin-Madison) was named the outstanding professor at Cal State East Bay in 1988 and the outstanding lecturer in the School of Business and Economics. He has been a senior economist with the Pacific Research Institute and a visiting scholar at Harvard Law School.
