Mike Orkin (Ph.D. 1970, Univ. of California, Berkeley) is an authority on gambling and game theory. He has consulted for both government agencies and the private sector, and has developed software for Las Vegas oddsmakers. Orkin is the author of several books, including What Are The Odds?
