American Language Program

The American Language Program at California State University, East Bay (ALP) offers a wide range of high-quality, English language and other programs for students from all over the world.

Center for International Education

The Center for International Education provides a range of immigration and advising services to prospective and newly-admitted international students and scholars making the transition to Cal State East Bay and the United States. In addition, the Center serves to expand international learning opportunities for current Cal State East Bay faculty, staff, and students.

Concord Campus

Cal State East Bay's Concord Campus is the public university for Contra Costa residents who want a quality education at an affordable price and in a small college setting. The Concord campus offers select degree programs as well as regularly scheduled courses designed to meet the general education requirements for both the BA and BS degrees.

Continuing Education

California State University, East Bay Continuing Education provides professional development training and education for East Bay professionals, offering more than 40 degree and certificate programs in a variety of industries and fields, including Behavioral and Health Science, Business and Management, Corporate Training, Education, Engineering and Project Management, Legal and Real Estate/Construction Management.

International Admissions

California State University, East Bay welcomes international students to join our vibrant and diverse campus community. The International Admission Office provides services to applicants from overseas, students in the U.S. on a holding student visa status, as well as any applicant with transcripts from a non-U.S. institution.

Oakland Center

Located in the heart of downtown Oakland, California State University, East Bay's Oakland Center offers a number of degree and certificate programs to students as well as provides corporations and non-profit organizations with an affordable, convenient and state-of-the-art solution to their meeting and training needs.

Osher Lifelong Learning Institute

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Cal State East Bay (CSUEB), also known as SCHOLAR-OLLI, provides a learning environment for mature learners which fosters creativity, self-discovery, and peer education.

Special Sessions Programs

Special Sessions provide an opportunity to offer courses, certificate and online degree programs at times and in locations that are not able to be financed through regular state funds. Examples of special sessions programs include: interim sessions between college year terms, ongoing programs offered at distant or isolated locations, or educational programs offered for a specific group requiring special services.
