The traditional Fulbright Scholar Program sends 800 U.S. faculty and professionals abroad each year. Grantees lecture and conduct research in a wide variety of academic and professional fields. 

Competition OPEN: Scholar-In-Residence Program, Deadline October 15, 2014
Applications are now being accepted for the 2015-16 Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence Program cycle.  The Scholar-in-Residence program assists U.S. higher education institutions to expand programs of academic exchange and helps to strengthen the international presence on campus.  Institutions can request a specific scholar or ask for assistance in recruiting a scholar from a world region of choice to teach a specific course(s) and to advise on curriculum development.  Applications are due on October 15, 2014!
