A Week of Scholarship

Celebrating creativity and innovation in teaching, learning and research

During the week of April 22 – 26, CSU East Bay will be celebrating the scholarship of its faculty and students. Each afternoon an event will showcase the disciplinary research and creative activities of faculty and students as well as the scholarship of teaching and learning occurring on campus.

Overview of Events

Outstanding Professor of the Year, Provost's Awards, and Recognition of Faculty Authors and Artist – Monday, April 22 from 4:00 – 6:00. Location: New University Union Multipurpose Room.

Student Research Symposium – Tuesday, April 23 from 3:00 – 6:00. Location: LI 3079.

Faculty Scholarship and Creative Activities Symposium – Wednesday, April 24 from 4:00 – 6:00. Location: LI 3079.

Long-Term and Futures Thinking Initiative at CSUEB – Thursday, April 25 from 4:00 – 6:00. Location: University Union 311.

Critical and Creative Thinking Conference – Friday, April 26. Location: New University Union Multipurpose Room.
