PEMSA Mission
The Division of Planning, Enrollment Management, and Student Affairs (PEMSA) attracts, enrolls, and support students to further their learning, leadership, and success; and enables planning, analysis, and assessment for Cal State East Bay. PEMSA strives to provide timely, accurate, and effective services to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and our community through excellent customer service, collegial partnerships, and continuous reflection and improvement.
