The Division of Planning, Enrollment Management, and Student Affairs (PEMSA) attracts, enrolls, and support students to further their learning, leadership, and success; and enables planning, analysis, and assessment for Cal State East Bay. PEMSA strives to provide timely, accurate, and effective services to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and our community through excellent customer service, collegial partnerships, and continuous reflection and improvement.
The Division of Planning, Enrollment Management, and Student Affairs (PEMSA) supports the University in becoming an educational leader that prepares students to be successful citizens in a diverse and global society.
