Welcome to Pioneer Data: The Source for Institutional Data

Currently the Pioneer Data Warehouse (PDW) allows staff and faculty to run parameterized student reports on demand at comparable points in time called snapshots. The PDW contains student information, the long term plan is to integrate data from multiple sources including Human Resources and Finance. This website also provides links to Student Information, Finance (CFS), Finance historical reports (prior to June 30, 2011) and the HR Compensation report.

Who has Access?

All CSUEB faculty and staff have access to student enrollment information and student aggregated data. However if you require access to detailed student information, Finance (CFS) data or the HR Compensation Report, you’ll need submit an eSARF.

• PEMSA Intranet for prepared student/class schedule reports (available only to CSUEB faculty and staff)
• Planning and Institution Research (PIR) for fact-book, program review data, retention rates, survey results

• For ad hoc requests, access CSUEB's Service Desk

The Pioneer Data Warehouse is in constant development and in the future will include other student data as well as Human Resources and Finance information. Eventually the PDW will incorporate data from other areas (e.g. Housing, Advising) and be the complete source of information serving East Bay's data needs.
