This form is for all CSUEB departments/staff scheduling an event or meeting – including:

Faculty, Athletics, ASI, Pioneer Heights, Aramark
NOTE: CSUEB personnel acting as individuals and not in an official university capacity are considered ‘off campus’ for purposes of space reservation and will need to use the ‘Off-Campus’ form below.
